QC System Overview
1. Finder run strict system on evaluating and choosing qualified material supplier, once theirs’ material and product was tested and accepted by our R&D Dept. And Vender Qualification Evaluation and Audit should be organized by our Procurement Dept. with representatives from involved different dept. covering R&D Dept., QC Dept. and Production Dept.
2. For all new approved venders, a small order quantity was required before our regular order for testing further. And all incoming materials must be inspected randomly by IQC before storage and production.
3. When we run mass production for each order, a sample running of 5-10 PCS should be done with full testing process.
4. IPQC inspects through out the whole working process in production from assembly to packing.
5. Full testing and inspection handled in production includes: Physical & Mechanical Testing
