1. How can we get your price?
You can send us your inquiry in detail by email, and your inquiry should cover our model number, quantity you want to order, and your market place etc. Our staff will reply with quotation promptly, after receiving your inquiry.
2. What your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is different from each model. We will inform the exact minimum order quantity, after being advised the model you are interested to order.
3. How we can get sample for testing before order?
We don’t offer free sample to new customer who don’t order with us before. If you are the new customer, you are requested to pay for both sample and shipping cost to get the sample. But the sample cost is refundable, by crediting to your future order. And we will send you the Proforma Invoice for payment, after you accept our conditions and terms.
4. What’s the shipping cost for the sample?
For the sample at the weight less than 50 KGS, we usually suggest shipping by courier. And the courier freight depends on the weight, carton size and the place where sample will be sent to. We will check and advise the exact courier cost each shipment after being advised the sample quantity you need.
5. How we can place order with you?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, or you can ask us to send you Proforma Invoice for your order. And before we make and send you the Proforma Invoice, we need the information below,
1).Your full company name, address, telephone number, fax number, and email address.
2).What kind of shipping method you want (by courier, by air or by sea), and advise the destination airport name or sea port name according to the shipping method you choose.
3). Advise our model number, your order quantity, and the unit price we accepted for order etc.
4). Advise freight payment. (By collect or prepaid)
6. If we don’t have designed forwarder at your place, can you arrange transportation for us?
Yes. We have own professional shipping agent, who we have cooperated with for long time. So it is convenient for us to arrange any kinds of shipment to worldwide.
7. What terms of payment do you use?
We accept the sample payment by T/T, Western Union and Moneygram. And usual payment term we accept for order is T/T 30% deposit, balance before shipment or L/C at sight that will be considered for regular customer only.
