    What's your company compensation policy for the RMA products?


    For the approved RMA products, LEADER usually compensate buyer’s loss by means of offering 100% replacement against the defective quantity and model for large quantity of RMA products, sending free spare parts or replacement with next order for small quantity of RMA products, or issue credit to the buyer. The compensation method is flexible depending on the actual defection and damage status, as well as the agreement reached by LEADER and buyer.
