    What's the RMA procedure?

    1) Check and make sure that the cartridge you will return is with Toprintek Identification Mark and within our warranty period.

     

    2) Make sure that the defective rate is over our allowable rate

     

    3) Fill RMA Report in details with product model number, quantity, order price and related P/I number.

     

    4) Take picture of the defective products or scanned your testing paper, and email back immediately with clarification of the defection or damage in detail.

     

    5) LEADER representative will check your report carefully and send you instruction accordingly.

     

    6) Buyer should pack the defective sample properly to prevent from possible broken, leakage or any further damage to the product during transportation and send us by registered courier or other shipping method under our guide.

     

    7) LEADER produce and send back the test result and report handled by engineer and QC Dept.

     

    8) LEADER proceeds with compensation as agreed, after confirm the defection was caused of our faults in used material or manufacturing.
